Please keep this page for your records.
If you are selected, this scholarship is for four (4) years and the award will be divided and given over those same four years.

You have submitted your application when these actions are met:
-  Upon receipt of your certified transcript
– Official School Transcripts are required for this application
– These must be sent by the high school registrar directly
– NO HAND DELIVERY
– Make sure they are sent and received, prior to deadline, to this address:

NEED BASED SCHOLARSHIPS
Please have your prospective college’s Financial Aid Office send the Student Aid Report (SAR)to:

You will need to download, print, fill out and send, to the colleges in which you applied, the ‘Demonstration of Financial Need Form.’ All need based applications will be required to have the SAR, the report that the college will forward to UNICO in order to be considered for the Need Based Scholarships in by the deadline date of April 30, 2011 @ 11:59pm EST.
